Refund / Reschedule policy

There won’t be in any case refunds / reschedules for PARTIES

There won’t be in any case refunds for THINGS TO DO. Some Things to do can be rescheduled as per specified on the description of each product.


  • Until 30 days before the event: full refund minus credit card fee/ international fee in case of booking online.
  • Between 8 and 30 days: Refund or option to change to another tour (depending on availability and adding the corresponding amount if necessary). A $10* (per ticket) for administration fees will incur in both cases. *In case of international cards fee may be higher.
  • 7 or less days before the event there won’t be any refund or changes.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are unable to attend the tour and you want to receive a refund or reschelude your booking, an 8 days notice in writing needs to be emailed to the Fun Addicts reservations office:

Once we have received the e-mail, we will reply to you within 1 business day. If you comply with the conditions specified above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
